Men’s bioenergetics retreat for somatic release

Still Water, Deep Roots

A bioenergetic retreat for men to find calm, clarity, and connection.

October 9–12, 2025 | 8 Men Only | Point Breeze, NY

At Still Water, Deep Roots, we combine powerful somatic release work with time for integration, reflection, and deep connection to nature — and to each other.

You’ll experience raw emotional breakthroughs, rich conversation, brotherhood around the fire, and healing that lingers long after the weekend ends.

This isn’t your typical retreat.

🔥 A Final Invitation

Most men carry more than they let on.

Stress, Anger, Fear, Sadness, Grief — it builds up with nowhere to go. Few have a space to slow down, speak honestly, or feel deeply. Even fewer have a brotherhood to hold them through it.

Still Water, Deep Roots is that space.

This retreat is your chance to reset your nervous system, release what you’ve been carrying, and return home with a clear mind, a peaceful body, and a deeper connection to yourself and your mission.
